RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE
Thank you for shopping at Mode & Distinction Plus.
We realise that you may not always be satisfied with your order. No worries. Items purchased online and returned by mail can be refunded.
For an exchange for a different size or color, you must return the item and make another online purchase on www.modedistinction.ca website.
Return Conditions for Online Shopping
We accept merchandise returns under the following conditions:
1. All returned items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed, unaltered condition. All tags must still be attached to the garment.
2. Any items On Sale or subject to a 'PromoCode' and gift certificates are Final Sales.
3. A return authorization number must be obtained from Mode & Distinction Plus before returning any items.
4. Items must be returned within the timelines indicated below.
5. Unless we made a mistake with your order, customers need to pay for return shipping.
In the case where the return does not comply with any of the above conditions, we will refuse the return and will not ship back the package.
To return merchandise, you must request a return authorization number. To obtain this number, please call us at 819-205-1491 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org . Please indicate the order number and the items that you wish to return. You will receive a return number as soon as possible.
Please write the return authorization number provided, clearly on the outside of the package.
1. A return authorization number must be requested within 21 days of the purchase.
2. The returned items must be received within 10 days of obtaining a return authorization number.
3. It is possible to return an item in person at the store for an exchange with the original receipt, within 21 days of the purchase.
